Lassaad Jelidi is a distinguished tourism and hospitality training professional with extensive experience in education, hotel management consulting, and workforce development. Since 2023, he has served as Director of the Tourism Training Institute (IFMT) of Nabeul, where he oversees the development of future tourism and hospitality professionals in one of Tunisia’s most dynamic destinations.
Throughout his career, Lassaad has held leadership positions within Tunisia’s tourism training network, including Director of IFMT Djerba (2018–2023) and Director of IFMT Hammamet (2015–2018). His expertise also extends to technical management in tourism and hospitality education, contributing to the enhancement of professional training standards across the sector.
In parallel with his educational leadership roles, Lassaad is an experienced consultant for hotels and restaurants, providing expert guidance in auditing, operational management, service optimization, and quality improvement. His practical industry knowledge is supported by specialized training in restaurant management from the Higher Institute of Tourism Studies of Sidi Dhrif (IHET) and further qualifications from the Wirtschaftsakademie in Kiel, Germany.
